Our Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy requires that appointments be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any extra charges.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it can be rescheduled, but a second deposit will be necessary.
In case of a no call/no show, you have up to 24 hours to contact us to avoid being blacklisted.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a second deposit.
